Very friendly and knowledgeable people to help us select what we wanted and needed. I learned a few things I did not know about birds, I really appreciated that.

I was having an issue ordering online so I called the store and Craig was so helpful!! He helped me renew my membership over the phone then proceeded to go ahead & take my order as well. When I first called, Craig was helping an in-store customer (which is great - take care of those customers waiting in the store!!) so I left my number and he called me right back to assist. I appreciated his quick call back and the help he provided. Love ordering from you guys!!
