Everyone is always very friendly and helpful each and every time we shop in the store. We are regular (weekly) visitors to the store and always enjoy chatting with the staff.

The salesperson knew so much about what I needed for specific birds (cardinals, blue jays and doves) and explained everything to me. I needed bird feeder that my large birds were comfortable landing on. The salesperson even helped me find a good food specifically for these types of birds. Craig (the salesperson) was so friendly,knowledgable and professional: I was very pleased with the assistance provided. I have heard Neal Sperry mention Wild Birds Unl. every week on his radio show but had never been to your store. I loved it!

I have closer Wild Bird stores, but I just love this one because the people are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I can also find cute gifts for others at special seasons of the year. My birds absolutely love the birdseed and peanuts, so I don't even try to shop anywhere else!

Stopped by to buy some specialty birdseed and decided to enroll in the club to receive special discounts. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. I don't make it by this store often but when I do, the experience is always positive.
