I had a great first experience! I believe the person's name who helped me was Chris. He took the time to explain different varieties of what I wanted and showed me how to use the bird feeder I purchased. His willingness to help me was greatly appreciated!

The young lady who helped me, knew when I should be feeding my nesting birds with worms and not just seeds. She knew so many facts that will help me be a better feeder to the birds.

First time to buy birdfeeders. Staff were very helpful in recommending products based on our interests. Did not try to sell us more than we needed but suggested entry level items to try first.

I took in an old tube feeder with a 12” tray which had cracked and fallen, dumping all the seed on the ground. Maria was very helpful and gave me 20% off on a new one like it which I really appreciated.
