I love WBU, and was crushed when the location I was going to near the house closed. I had been a member for years and thought it was over. I just happened to see a post on Instagram and looked realizing that you can now have items delivered. Signed back up as a member and can now take better care of my bird friends.

I love this store! Everything about it is amazing! It makes the bird watching hobby so much more enjoyable!

The staff is awesome! Always so helpful and willing to make my day better. The gentleman even carried my bag to my car. Over and above each time!

As always, this location has EXCELLENT customer service, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The selection is great, food is fresh and if they don’t happen to have an immediate answer for a question, they absolutely find it and will call you. SO RARE these days!

We were met by pleasant staff who offered help but DID NOT PUSH. Enjoyed staff discussion of birds’ behaviors this time of year with us. Appreciated notice of our membership’s expiring so we could avoid expiration and re-upping hassle, if any, or loss of points. Always enjoy free bag of food at re-upping and at birthdays and notification of double points.
