Greeted with a smile and offers of assistance as soon as I walked in. Told me about becoming a member and the perks that go with same.made suggestions in answer to my questions. Wasn’t pushy about products, let me come to my own decision. Offered to help me to my car with my purchases. This is the friendliest Wild Bird I have been to!!! Thanks Rachel!

Your people not only DELIVER our order but my friend up the street from me is not in good health and is a very tiny person. Your people not only DELIVERED her seed supply but they carried it into her garage and even put it in her containers. You just don't get that kind of service anywhere else. Keep up the good work. I'm sorry my birds are not eating very much right now (this happens around this time of the year) but pretty soon I will be back to my REGULAR ORDER. Ruth McDonald

There were two ladies working there, who were so very friendly and helpful that it made me very comfortable and welcomed. They were also very knowledgeable about the product. I was wanting to purchase. To get two women that friendly and helpful and knowledgeable is indeed a positive promotional step to having people return a lot.
