John had excellent customer service skills which has me thinking about renewing my membership at your store. I stopped in quickly to get some more Fiery Feast because I was up in the Glen Carbon area. I was very impressed with John and how courteous and knowledgeable he was. Thank you!

The staff was so helpful! I’m very new to the world of birds and insects and things of that nature and there were so many feeders and houses I didn’t know where to start. I learned so much from a staff member and he helped me get started on my birdwatching journey.

The folks who helped me while there were wonderful about the bird food I purchased- but also gladly informed me about birding events in the area. I was assisted with joy and kindness and we discussed local birds in this new to me town. Thanks so much yall for all you do!

I received a bird feeder as a gift and the squirrels were eating all the seeds before the birds had a chance. I went to the store for help. It was a wonderful experience. I got answers and a lot of suggestions. Yea they worked!!! Thank you so much for the help!!
