The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They know their products well. They are good at solving problems you may be having with bird feeders or feeds for particular situations.

We got there a little bit before opening. The clerk saw that we were standing outside and immediately came to the door and let us in. He was very friendly, not irritated like some store workers can be. He was very helpful in getting what we need. Every time we shop at this store the people are very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and what works for certain situations. For example what woodpeckers like, how to keep certain animals from eating the seed and what type of food the birds like in various seasons. I love looking at the rest of the store, but can't afford anything else after I pay for the seeds. I would love to get a new feeder or bird bath, but ouch. I do have one new feeder from here I bought awhile ago and it is lasting a lot longer than others I have purchased elsewhere, so I 'm sure they're worth the cost. Love the store though.

I have become acquainted with the staff and enjoy going into the store to visit and purchase the food.

The people there are so friendly. They are so willing to help a person with any questions and have suggestions for problems that a person might have. They carry all the heavy items out to the car. Just can't say enough good things about them.

First name basis and always have candy on hand. Plenty of merchandise on hand.
