Because I'm an OLD lady of 83 and DON'T DRIVE THE HIGHWAYS. (Which I would have had to do because I live in St Louis Mo, and you are in Il.) I love that you not only DELIVER my supplies, DELIVERED IT FREE and got it to me the very NEXT DAY. Your workers just couldn't have been nicer and try very hard to PLEAES ya, they even came up with some subjections when I didn't know for sure what I might need. I WILL be ordering at least once a month from now one. Very satisfied Ruth McDonald
