The store was about to close when I pulled up and instead of closing they told me to go ahead and come in and were extremely helpful in helping me find a gift.

The people in the store are always friendly. If I have a question, they are always willing to help. They also help carrying items to the car. I also like the selection of books and always enjoy looking at what's happening on the screen that is being videotaped from the feeders. It's just pleasant place to shop.

The merchandise is high quality and the selection just what I need to attract birds and pollinators to my back yard.

Everything was just very easy and very pleasant. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable with product.. He also carried my purchase of three bags of seed and loaded in my vehicle. Just a nice guy too!

Very FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL workers. I love that my order is DELIVERED. I'm 83 and don't drive HIGHWAYS anymore and this is very HELPFUL. My Wild Bird Unlimited in Florissant Mo closed, and your Edwardsville Il store treated me very nice and is doing everything I was used to at the other store. They even not only honored my Membership in Florissant but started my new one from the day I got my first order and when I told them I owed them three months from my old on, they said that was not necessary.
