The entire staff at this store go out of their way to be helpful. They always help me find the products I want. They give excellent advice on the best type feeder for a particular bird or situation, ie visiting raccoons for example. They always carry my purchases to the car for me no matter how far away I parked. I am eighty years old and tend to be forgetful but they are never impatient, always kind. They remember me and know me when I come in. I never feel as if I'm being "handled" or "processed". I want the birds who come to my yard to be healthy. The products in this store are top quality. I have never gotten any "bad", spoiled, or low quality food from this store. I really enjoy the birds and critters who visit this yard thanks to this store.
