The staff is always friendly, informative, and helpful. Even before COVID...the staff would carry my purchases out to the trunk or backseat of my vehicle. ALSO...I appreciate sales, because my birds eat A LOT!! :)

We have shopped at this store for about a year now. I appreciate the variety that is available. The prices are higher than I paid at the local hardware store. But, I notice the birds love this birdseed and suet. It's worth the extra cost. Looking to getting a bird feeder as well, as the ones we get just fall apart. The staff is always friendly and helpful
