Products are terrific; if any manufacturing problems, guaranteed to fix or replace and staff go out of their way to be sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and enjoy using "bird bucks" along with club discount. Also, so helpful to offer to carry purchase out for me, which sometimes is needed.

I am very happy being a member of WBU getting discounts. I love feeding my birds and the variety of bird feeding options available in the store and also love the decorative items.
