The staff's service was excellent. and went beyond the ordinary. The personal service in accommodating my needs was tops. Sarah was very attentive. This order was a combination of online and telephone follow-up.

Every time I have been there I have walked away with exactly what I was looking for. The staff has been very helpful. And I enjoy their customer service.

The owner and employees are always friendly and helpful. The quality of the products is good to excellent. The bird seed blends are more expensive than at other stores but the quality is much better. I like to just look around the store while I am there.

I have always enjoyed the quality of the products. They always have a good supply of seed and other bird products. The store is also clean and appealing.

Great service as always. Took in two of my broken bell feeders and staff stated they didn't have the bottom replacement piece in and didnt know when they would be receiving any due to COVID and the manufacturer not filling orders for these feeders. They let me replace my feeders for different feeders and gave me a store credit. Talk about great customer service. Staff is great and I enjoy going into the store, visiting and learning a great deal about the wildlife in this area. Great store and resource for the Edwardsville area community.

Being new to bird watching this year we have many questions and the staff is always willing to help and answer all questions. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. The products in the store are unique.
