The staff is always very friendly, and usually recall my name. They are knowledgeable about the products and bird food that they offer. The fact that I can order over the phone and simply park out front of the building within minutes of placing my order is remarkable! Our community is lucky to have them!!

The Edwardsville store staff are great, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to check on things up like ingredients, answer questions on the phone. Delivery to car is quick and easy. I do miss the opportunity yo browse shelves, but my wallet appreciates fear impulse buys.
