The people who work there are extremely helpful, taking time to help,solve problems. They know the problem and if you have any questions they can answer them. It is a fun place to shop and they know there birds. They also have unique and interesting programs through the year.

The staff is always helpful on which products are most appropriate for attracting certain species of birds. The bird seed products are always high quality ... not a lot of fillers that the birds won't eat.

As always, there is a friendly, welcoming feeling when you enter the store. I am a stroke survivor and am always treated with kindness, support, and a helping hand. I love the store and wish I could afford more products.

I love to just go in and look around even if I don't purchase. I grew up on a farm and always enjoyed watching birds and animals. As many of us, I'm very concerned about climate change and the existence and health of our birds and animals, so whenever I can provide a food source, I'm always ready. (I'm self-employed and so often limited on what I can spend, so I'm always looking for coupons, sales, or other money saving benefits at your store and hope you provide more.)
