WBU was recommended to me by a friend who is REALLY into birds. When I bought my new home and began landscaping it was with attracting birds at the heart of every decision. WBU sells products - feeders and seed -that is of high quality. The knowledge and helpfulness of the staff has been invaluable.

I can in to purchase a replacement feed cylinder and mentioned to the employee that I attempted the purchase earlier in the week. The store was closed each time but I had a day off. She offered to stay a few minutes longer on the days she closes if I need to come in again in the future! Love this store and staff

Great people and quality products.

The people in this store keep a record of what I purchased in the past. When I can't remember the name of something I want that I got before, they look it up for me. I aam old and sometimes a little shakey. The people in this store always carry my purchases to the car and load them for me. The people in this store remind me if there is a coupon I could use. I put them in my purse abut I forget about them, but the store people remind me. People in this store know birds and are always willing to answer my questions about the behavior of visitors to our feeders.
