My birds are happy with the seed. They eat it much better than Walmart seed. I could use a lower price for the seed. It is very expensive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always help me take my bags out to my car. Very knowledgeable about all the products. Like the fact that the feeders are warranted too.

the merchandise is always unique and beautifully displayed. All of the employees are informed on the birds in our area and offer help to take care of them.

Carol is always friendly and professional. Not only did she honor the coupon I had for buy 4 get 1 free, she discovered that I had a $20 bird buck in their system and applied that to my purchase!

Staff is always friendly and helpful. If one of their products has a problem, they promptly solve it always with a good attitude.

While I have been to the store, I usually purchase online. Sometimes it ships within the hour! And I can always call and get help right away.
