The Location is perfect for my area. The staff is knowledgeable with all their products. Every clerk I have ever encountered in this store has been friendly and appears to enjoy their job. They greet you and assist even when something is to heavy for me to carry to my car.

The variety of products and availability of favorites. The staff is always friendly as well as greet you by name. They are knowledgeable about their products, offer suggestions if necessary and tell us of various bird sightings. We love the webcam featured in our favorite store! Carol, the owner, is a real treasure!

Sales clerk was very quick to help me. She gave me many options. She was cheerful and not aggressive about making a sale today. I will be back.

Staff is not only friendly and helpful, but is very knowledgeable about what seed is appropriate for my backyard birds and those I wish to attract and discourage! I became a club member because of the success and support I receive from the staff. I also have bought many garden related gifts. WBU is just part of our monthly budget.
