anyone working there is friendly and helpful and have been every time I've been in. The owner, Carol, is always friendly and knowledgeable. I've learned over the years that even though the WBU seeds are a bit more expensive than other store prices, the birds eat the seeds instead of kicking a lot of them out of the feeders. Also your products. such as pole feeder system, are excellent and durable.

I was in a hurry as were others in the store because of Christmas being so close. Even so there was a staff member ready to check me out right away. And then as usual another staff member helped me out to my car with my purchase.

WBU has a great variety of products. Very nice and friendly personnel. Nice little bird related decor and Christmas decorations. Knowledgeable personnel about birds.

I have been going to this store for over about 3 years. There is always a wide variety of products and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They even had an event there where we went to see real owls from a local wild animal rescue and rehab. I always enjoy visiting Wild Birds Unlimited in Edwardsville, IL.
