The store was very busy today and still we had excellent service. Products are well displayed and easily accessible. Assistance is plentiful and we are always greeted warmly and offered assistance out to our vehicle.

WBU is my go to store for wild birds. The quality of the feeders is better than any I have bought before the store opened. I was thrilled when my feeder broke during a storm and WBU had replacement parts. Of course I love the coupons and special deals like Bird Bucks

I like the quality of merchandise in this store. The employees are always friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. The selection of feed and bird feeders in very good.

The variety of items available. The quality and the fact that they stand behind the products sold. Friendly staff who greet you by name.

They had a real good selection and the store was not jam packed so you could look around and not be "cramped". I liked that they had a lot of items with Cardinals on them since we are in the St. Louis Cardinals area and the items can stay out well past the holidays and be fine.

Every time I go in there the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite stores for gifts. Customer service means a lot and they are very good at it. Nothing but nice things to say regarding this store!
