Sales clerk was friendly but not knowledgeable about product being purchased. She had to go to individual in back of store to get answers to my questions. She might have been new…not sure.

As much as I like shopping at the Edwardsville store, the prices for bulk bird food is very high.

It seemed like prices have gone up quite a bit compared to last year

Because I wasn’t. There’s no particular reason. I went in to get bird seed and I got some/ mission accomplished.

I was satisfied with my experience, I very rarely give a "highly satisfied", 10, or outstanding rating on any survey unless my experience is a big "Wow" or over and above what is expected.

There would be nothing for the staff to strive for.

Because I wasn't. You want me to be highly satisfied you lower prices. Y'all are pretty proud of some of your stuff.
