I asked the clerk where a certain product was - and she pointed to it. She saw I had a cane in one hand and two cylinders of bird seed in the other - she did not offer to help or get the product I asked for. She just watched as I struggled with my purchases.

Im not dissatisfied at all since this store offers a wide variety of bird seed and accessories. I would like to see the prices a little more reasonable.

Thought I was entitled to free WBU calendar. Learned I had to be a "club member." Did not make me happy and thought one of the sales reps was a tad rude .... Not a problem as I will continue to shop there but hope I don't encounter her again. Owner, Carol, is delightful to work with and always helpful.

Prices are just to high.

I travel a ways to get there and 50% of the time they are out of the large safflower blocks I use . Im not sure if they dont stock them or if they are so popular they dont order enough! I cant use another block they draw every undesirable bird close to us but this block is perfect!

Charged for shipping & paid over $80. Evidently when I applied the $5 coupon I ended up having to pay for shipping. 😤 The only reason I ordered as much as I did was for free shipping & didn’t end up getting it anyway.

Looking for a specific system for a hanger that we already purchased, we sent one of our neighbors there to get the system and they gave her something that wouldn’t even go together, we went back and basically told we were screwed, asked the next time we went in which is about every week and was told if you snooze you lose, if it were my store and someone was referring the system which is ove $150.00 I would have said let me do some research and I will do my best to find it,

I wanted to feed the Cardinals that visit. I was recommended a feeder, and food with peppers to keep the squirrels away. The birds won't touch it! I've gotten different food from you they loved, a bell and a block that they really loved. The salesperson seemed very knowledgeable, friendly, and was very helpful. But unfortunately this large cylinder does not work. I really wanted something I could put shelled sunflower seeds in for Cardinals and you didn't have anything.
