The friendliness of the staff. Always knows your name

Did not know that the Wild Bird Unlimited store was part of a 'chain.' Didn't know that there was a store entirely devoted to birds. It has everything that you could possibly want. Friendly staff who know about birds and their products. To be completely honest, not really sure about the prices because I have only Walmart to compare them with. Still it is a nice place to shop at.

I shop this store often. I love how knowledgeable the owner and employees are about the products they sell and birds in general. They’re always very friendly as well.

The product was in the store. I liked the craftmanship of the feeder I purchased. It was in and out within 5 minutes probably, and that worked perfectly on the list of errands to do that day.
