Friendly staff, and the store is stocked for my needs.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and always offer suggestions for ways to solve whatever issues I may have with my birds. Their food is good quality and store is well kept and nicely displayed. I like the location which is near to my grocer so I can shop for my family and bird friends in one trip!
