It was thanks to a presentation that Will, the store owner, did at my Herb Guild meeting that he did for our group. Learning about the red pepper bird food tube solved my years long expensive destruction of my home with persistent woodpeckers for several years. After I bought and set up that feeder, the woodpecker has fed at the feeder instead of making holes in the cedar of my Tudor house. Wish I'd known of this simple solution years ago! I've raved about it and suggested it to other neighbors as well.
