Your associate was wearing a mask. He greeted me as I walked in the store. He let me know that my hummingbird feeder that I was replacing had a lifetime warranty. Next time I'll take the broken one in for replacement instead of throwing it way. He also suggested the Oriole feeder that I purchased. Very helpful.

They are always able to answer my questions, make suggestions and they are very good about offering to help me carry heavy bags/product out to my car. They truly know what customer service is and their products are well designed.
