The clerk knew exactly what I was there for and got the items for me. (2) He gave me the discount even though I didn't have my post card with me. I had the card in my auto and gave it to him as he helped me take the purchase to my car.

The merchandise was varied and high quality. I had no preconceived expectations, well not many anyway, and I was so pleasantly surprised. Michelle was warm and friendly and answered all my questions, of which I had many.
