Nancy is our favorite. She is very friendly and we love chatting with her. She is very knowledgeable about birds and always makes great recommendations.

Staff was not only knowledgeable but they went out their way for my husband and I….so nice; customer service was awesome 😎 Will return as a regular!

I am always greeted by a store worker and they are always willing to help me find what I am looking for. I needed a lot of things so the worker I met at the door helped me gather all that I needed. Checkout was quick and easy. I love the Wild Birds Unlimited store in St. Mary's county. It is a real pleasure to shop there and to get knowledgeable help when you enter the store.

First time in the store. Staff knowledge was amazing

Friendliness of staff, the staff is well versed on all the products in the store, the store cats are a hoot, the store is very clean and neat and the products are in the same place making for ease in shopping. Plus no one is in a rush to have you purchase and leave, one can take their time in wandering the store and finding new and fun items.

Went in unsure of which products would be best for my feeders and local birds. .came out with feeders...seeds...and cylinders.
