Your employee who waited on me was very helpful and knowledgeable with what I was looking for! She was courteous and cheerful which made my visit to your store even more pleasant! Your store is full of a variety of products and an interesting place to shop in! Thank you!

Everyone was so helpful in giving me suggestions and advice on feeding the birds that come to my feeders. I always received good information from the very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We love the kitties, it’s a great place to shop with friendly and helpful staff, and great to see the expansion with more items offered.

The store is well organized with a wide variety of products. Also, the staff is very knowledgeable about all of the products, which indicates that the owners have implemented a successful training plan for the employees. And last, but not least the friendly store mascots, Birdie and Bubbles.

I had a cracked tube on my Eliminator bird feeder and the employee took it immediately to change the tube out for me, no questions asked. I purchased some bird food and was helped with that as well. It always amazes me that I am helped to the car with what I purchase which is wonderful. The employee did show me how to do some simple cleaning of the Eliminator but I was unsuccessful in getting it to work for me as I was shown. I guess I forgot something by the time I drove home but will ask for another lesson next time I am in the store!

The staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived. They gave us space to browse and even offered to walk our purchase outside for us.

I love that I can order any time day or night and then within 36 hours the goodies for the birds get delivered to my door. It's an awesome service.

Was greeted by staff upon arrival, staff was not pressuring but but very helpful with items I was looking for and knew exactly where items located, extremely fast checkout and very satisfied!!
