I love this store! The staff is professional, very friendly and engaging, and so helpful. The merchandise is very well displayed and great quality. Of course, the kitties are too cute!

I love that we can become preferred customers and y’all will look up our previous purchases so that we can double check if we remembered everything when shopping.

Staff was highly knowledgeable and seemed to understand exactly the vision I wanted to create for the birds around my home. We came up with a plan for what to do now and how it will grow for the future . I love what I purchased - the first birds showed up to feed and I am beyond thrilled.

Owners and staff are exceptional. They are all knowledgeable and provide some of the best customer service I have ever encountered. I am rarely in the area anymore but as long as they still ship within a 50 mile radius, this will remain my store. Thanks Barb and Team!

As always the staff were very pleasant, especially "Birdy"

I am always greeted by a sales employee as soon as I get through the door of the store. They ask how they can help and they help haul heavy bags of seed and locate items for me. Questions asked about the feeders, food and the birds themselves are always answered with confidence and intelligence. Today I brought in a hummingbird feeder that snapped in a recent storm and it was fixed with no questions asked at no charge (the company did have a guarantee on the feeder so that may have helped). I am always pleased by whomever helps me at the store. Great store, great merchandise and great staff.
