Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! I knew what I wanted staff helped me gather my items and I even bought something I wasn't planning on buying. Always an easy trip to WBU!

Everybody is so nice. I like the selection of owl themed merchandise. There's a lot of great gift ideas. Its great to have knowledgeable wild bird people in the area. I love the raptor programs and I like watching the adventures of Owlivia and Owlie on the website and visiting with Birdie and Bubbles.

I shop at WBU at least once a month or more. I really make an effort to feed the birds and change the birdbath water twice a day. So I frequently by birdseed, feeder cleaning products, dried worms and bird peanut butter. WBU has everything I need.

In store and pick up experiences have been very easy. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

The staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my son and my mother in with me, my son loved to see all the items they had but most of all loved petting their super calm kitty. Will definitely be back!

The goldfinches are coming in large groups to enjoy their special Finch bird food. The Red headed woodpecker loves the nuts and fruit cylinder. Good picks for this time of the year. Thanks 😊
