This store is going to help me step up my birding game and I’m really happy about that. I encountered Nancy in store and she is so knowledgeable and was great to talk to. She walked me through an entire bird feeder set up for an apartment balcony and I’m excited to put it into motion. Nancy and Patricia also helped me get all of my items into the trunk of my car which was so nice. I can’t wait to return to this location.

I ordered my products and the store sent a confirmation and shipping confirmation the same day. I received my order promptly and well packaged to prevent any damage. This is not my first order and all have been equally pleasing. I have to say, I love visiting the store to learn from the staff and expand my knowledge of enjoying my visiting birds but, the delivery is wonderful when I am unable to get there.

I restock with the WBU products every month. I wish they weren’t so expensive but I can see they are the best food and feeders available.

Just the right place to go to begin my journey of feeding the birds.

I ordered on line in the evening and the next day it was delivered. I have muscular dystrophy and having handles on the seed bags makes moving them so much easier. Also the 20 pound bags are more economical. Thank you for such a service that allows me to enjoy the birds and squirrels.

The only complaint I have is that one of my bird feeders was broken when I took it out of the box. My drive is about 20 minutes so instead of going back to the store I chose to keep it and use it as is.

Watched the zoom presentation on hummingbirds. I learned so much. I could not wait to go to get my new hummingbird supplies. The staff helped me pick what I needed.
