I was greeted at my entry into the store and Nancy spent time explaining seed product varieties to me in detail and showed me other special treats and equipment (pole systems) and answered my questions. She and the others showed me a real commitment to "the birds" as well as pride in working in that store. I had a great first trip and will be back soon! And thank you so much for the free gifts when I joined the "club."

I will never shop for bird supplies anywhere else. Barb, Chip and the staff are simply superb and the quality of their products is unparalleled.

The staff is always extremely helpful and kind. Willing to help with carrying items to counter and to the car.

I think it was Hannah who helped us during our visit in the store last week. She was very sweet and helpful. My oldest daughter commented to me on how happy she looked because my daughter said no one at any store ever looks happy to work there. She was also very sweet to engage my daughters and they talked about their favorite birds. Both of my daughters left the store wanting to work there when they are old enough. So thank you and awesome job to Hannah! Thank you for being so sweet and kind and helpful! My daughters look forward to the next time we make a visit to the store. :)

The cleanliness, friendly and knowledgeable staff and quality product lines are a big reason that I shop at the Wild Bird Center. I've been so impressed by the proactive measures during the pandemic and I feel safe shopping there.

I walked in knowing nothing, told my backyard “story” and the staff has so many recommendations! They were so friendly and helpful!
