The WBU staff at the Lexington Park store are always available to help and are very cheerful. They are knowledgeable about their products and birds in general. I love visiting the store to see what’s new seasonally. The delivery is super fast when I order online. It’s often delivered within a few hours of the order. FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE...ALWAYS!

All the employees and owner are so nice and friendly. It is easy to shop on line and pick up. Also when we pick up we see new items to purchase, and do. I recommend this store to all my friends, and they love shopping here too. They truly care about customers and birds. We also love the 2 shop cats! Thank you!
