I love how their staff makes you feel very special the moment you walk in the door. They are very friendly and so helpful. Wish everyone was like this. It would be a nicer world we lived in.

I love WBU so much. There is a great selection of bird products as well as merchandise that can be gifted. Every single WBU gift I bought for Christmas was a huge hit with the recipients. And of course the birds and squirrels enjoy the choice seeds and grains. The store has a great vibe, everyone is super helpful and nice but you never feel pressured. The staff are knowledgeable about the products and provide excellent advice. Best shopping e perience around.
