The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It was my first time visit and had a really hard time selecting a gift because there was so much to choose from. Staff person was very patient and thoughtful!!!!

It is easy to order on line and it is always ready when I pick up. The staff and owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery during the pandemic lock down was so fast and wonderful. I had more birds this year then ever! Thank you so very much! and I love it is family owned, and they are super bird lovers like my family.

It was my first ever visit. For a small space, it was open and peaceful...no blaring music or piles of overstock. My son and both have anxiety issues and usually dislike being in stores. As we left, he turned to me and said for the first time to my recollection, that he enjoyed being in there and would come with me again. That is the highest praise.

The ordering process is very simple and easy to use and the delivery is very quick, even during the COVID shipping crunch. Also, I really liked the enclosed, personally signed card and candy cane! I look forward to meeting you in person the next time I am in Lexington Park.
