Great employees, always eager and willing to help. The customer service is beyond anything anyone could imagine. They are always able to answer any question you have and even suggest something or some product you had not thought of.

One of the employees took the time to explain items that we were interested in the store in detail. It was our first visit and we were a little overwhelmed with all the new items but we were well taken care of and for happy with the explanations of the items.

I love the store it is a small community everyone knows your name, your greeted upon arrival.. They will discuss weather, birds and anything else. A home away from home.

Friendliness of sales clerks and store cats. Sales clerks were knowledgeable and helpful. I like the variety of the displays. Store is bright, colorful, and clean. Everyone in the store, workers and customers, seems happy. I always leave feeling good. I can’t think of another store that makes me smile

My friend gave me a bird feeder and seed block she purchasded from WBU for my birthday. I have been delighted watching the many birds flock to the feeder. It inspired me to place an order from WBU for a couple more feeders and seed blocks. Seeing so many different species is delightful! Years ago, my mother had an umbrella clothesline. She was confined to a wheel chair and couldn't hang laundry anymore, so I purchased some bird feeders and kept them filled. My mother would watch the many birds for hours on end. Receiving my gift feeder, then purchasing more has rekindled found memories of my mother and her daily happiness she got from watching the birds flock to the feeders on her umbrella clothesline!
