The store called prior to delivery because it was raining. They showed me they cared about my business beyond the sale. I appreciated it.

Great service and brought to my car. It's a wonderful shopping experience.

We went in there the Saturday before last Saturday and the staff spent a lot time telling us about the different bird seeds and feeders. We were so impressed that we went back and purchased a feeder and bird seed and joined as members. We really enjoyed our time spent in the store and the squirrels (I think) have given up!

It is both really clean and a nicely laid out store. All of the store personal are very friendly and ask if we need or assistance. I enjoy that while a franchise, the store has very much a local flavor and love the cats roaming. This store has made a difficult year for me much better.

Product was easy to find, and the staff was very friendly. She also knew information on the birds I was trying to identify.

PRODUCT WAS NEATLY ORGANIZED - PACKAGING OF PRODUCT IS IMPECCABLE AND STAFF IS ALWAYS EAGER TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AND SUGGEST NEW PRODUCTS AND OFFERS....

The store had ample stock of the products I needed for my bird feeders. Fredricka (I am not of the spelling) was very helpful and provided me with suggestions regarding mealy worms and bird seed for this time of year.

Visiting the WBU Shop was like visiting Walt Disney World! All of the displays are beautifully presented. Fredericka helped me as this was my first visit...she is so friendly and knowledgeable. I'm so happy with all of my purchases and so are my birds. The feeders are inundated with pine siskins! They make me smile. I'm already looking forward to my next shopping experience at the WBU Nature Shop.
