I asked about 2 of my broken feeders and they got replaced right away. I also purchased 2 feeders and a new pole and baffle. The staff were very helpful in assisting me with my options.

Th young lady who helped us in the store was spectacular! She lead us to the best products got our needs and offered us choices for day of visit and the future. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Kate was the primary employee who assisted us during our visit. She remembered what we had looked at on a previous visit and checked on our progress. Her personal experiences were included when discussing various products. Kate is very engaging and we feel like she is a great addition to your team.

The ladies were beyond helpful and informative! I think I may have a new hobby! I'm already planning my next visit & purchase! I love the shop kitties as well! I was able to place my order at 10 PM and then it was delivered by 4 PM the next day, nicely packaged. Overall another great experience with WBU.
