The staff answered my questions effectively. The merchandise i needed was stocked and ready for purchase. The staff is friendly and greets me as soon as I walk in the door.

I had been cleaning my Eliminator Bird Feeder and a plastic part snapped. The staff quickly saw the issue and fixed the feeder. I wanted to add another type of feeder and they helped me select both the feeder and feed for my birds to hopefully eliminate the challenge with the larger birds and squirrels (even with baffles!). Thank you!

Janetta was very helpful in assisting us with our decision to purchase a stnad alone squirrel proof feeder and provided valuable insight on a seed selection.
