You are greeter when you enter the store and told about sales. Employee will take your products to register while you continue shopping. They will help carry product to car. They will make recommendations as to what products are best suited for the birds in your yard

This was my first purchase in-store since the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been extremely pleased with the Lex Park Wild Birds Unlimited store since a friend encouraged me to visit it last summer. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. The selection and availability of products are impressive. I was also pleased with home delivery during the pandemic store closure.

I have shopped there ever since it opened and I know the merchandise and most of the clerks. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They are just as concerned that the birds I feed are happy and healthy as I am concerned.

Always knowledgeable, friendly customer service. I enjoy supporting small local businesses. Although you pay a little more for food, there is no waste so it last longer and it attracts the most amazing beautiful birds! Thanks for great customer service every time!

As always, VERY friendly staff and a great selection of items. Very well-lit store that is laid out nicely. Always feels like I'm going to a reunion of people I've known for a long time, even if it is new staff waiting on me. Love the feeling I get of "welcome back".
