I was not planning on visiting your store. I just happened upon it while at the nail salon. More marketing would be great to get the word out. I was just browsing and expressed my frustration with the squirrels getting into the feeders. The woman who assisted me was great explaining what I needed to do for placement of the feeders, without any pressure to purchase anything. I was pleased with the selection of merchandise and ended up buying a feeder, food and joined the club. Very knowledgeable assistance with low pressure to purchase.

The variety and quality of bird products is very good. The staff is very knowledgeable. In and out time is good when I don't have much time to spend.
