Everyone is always so friendly and willing to tell you about the item you are purchasing and always ready to help me find what I am looking for. I just love going to the Lexington Park, MD. store. I can't wait to go back. There is always so many beautiful, and cool things to purchase.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. We discussed the items I was purchasing and new items that were available in the store.

The shop is one of my favorite places to visit because of the positive ambiance that the staff has all of the time. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. Plus, not only can quality wild bird food and accessories be purchased, Barb and Chip continually search for unique products to provide that no one else in the county has for sale. They investigate the products and inform the staff so they are knowledgeable on the new items before making them available for purchase in one of their stores. And last but not least there is Bubbles and Birdie, who provide free entertainment for the customers 😊

I had not been to the store for over year the person who served me, recognized me, call my name without any help. That impressed me. I had stopped purchasing any supplies due to the raccoon and squirrel activities. She introduced a new product to reduce invasions by these animals. She was very convincing with her info and has prompted me to reconsider inviting birds to the area. Good job!
