I like being acknowledged when I first come into a store, this happens every time that I have been to this business. I am never rushed or "pushed" into purchasing anything. I have been given information/education as to what my issues are as far as seed/pests/rodents etc, and then allowed to make my own choices without feeling as if I am being hit with the "hard sell." I have been treated with courtesy whether I have made a purchase or not. Staff/owners are friendly and take the time to talk with the customers, be it about products in the store or not. There are precious few businesses anymore that are willing to give the level of customer service that is found here.

It is always a pleasure to visit this store. The staff are all friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. The merchandise is top quality and there is a large variety to choose from. I always leave happy with my purchases and wishing I could afford more.

I was able to walk into the store tell the clerk what I was looking for and was taken right to the item. Checkout was a breeze and I was able to renew my lapsed membership. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Love this store!
