Wild Birds Unlimited

Our first impression of the store was it smelt lovely and was very clean. Then one of your friendly employees started talking to our kids about the live video of the birds on the wall. She then proceeded to engage with us informing us about everything and answering all of our questions. Since moving to Maryland this has been one of the best customer service experiences we have had. We’ve already been boasting about and recommending the store to friends.

I was quickly in and out with my purchase. Chip was quite helpful with his advice. The raptor exhibit was fun!

I purchased a number of items to begin bird feeding. I was going out of town for what I thought was a few days. Unfortunately I wasn't able to return for an extended period of time. I asked that my purchases be kept at the store and there was no problem. The store called several times to make sure I hadn't forgot they were there. Very nice and understanding people.
