Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Asked for a squirrel-proof bird feeder after many years of frustration! No squirrels stealing food and the birds are happy again (me too!)

Hannah took the time to help me find the feeders, food and hardware for the birds in my yard especially the ones i wanted to see the most.

The amount of quality merchandise available-it just blew me away. Also, every person there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I am happy as a clam when I am in the store! Also like the added touch of helping carry purchases to the car. I love this place!

The helpers are full of info. Always making suggestions and answering my questions. Trust me when I am in your store I ask a lot of questions!! Always a pleasant place for me.

Great folks and very informative of products!

I am pleased that a new store will open in the fall in La Plata. The delivery person left the birdseed in my driveway in the path of the tire. When I backed out of my driveway, I ran over the seed, smashed the box, but the seed bag did not open. This is not your fault, it's the driver's. The overhead door was down and I didn't see the box. Normally, the driver leaves it by the side of the door, well out of the way.

Owners and employees are polite, kind, knowledgeable,helpful, fun to chat with, quick to make sure you locate what your looking for and let you know of any goods birds found in the local area.

Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. Carried purchases out to my vehicle every time.
