They always have the answers for any problems I have taking care of the birds. They always update you on new items in the store. Besides all the great bird items they have the best thing is having Baubles and Birdie greet you at the door.

They are friendly, helpful and stand by their products. I had a feeder that was damaged and they replaced a part for me very quickly. Love the store!

I was timed out a few minutes ago, I answered the phone. When I got back to finish this part , I was timed out when I hit next. This was my only bad experience with WBU so far. I hope you fix this time out problem soon. Hanna greeted me at the door. Showed me what I was looking for. Answered all my questions about the feeders I wanted. Checked me out and walked me to the door and opened it for me. NOW FIX THIS TIME OUT PROBLEM !!!!!!!

Going to the bird store is a real treat for us. The staff is very helpful and the merchandise is great. We come out feeling wonderful, even after spending quite a bit. And our bird experiences have never been better!

People who work here are so friendly and helpful! Always such a variety of merchandise including gift type items. Staff always able to answer questions to your birdfeeding questions....and share a wealth of information....learn something new with each visit.
