SuperSuet is wildly popular at my house - probably because it is nesting season. WBU #466 is convenient to my house and due to the helpfulness of the staff, is very quick to run an errand at lunch time. Products are always in stock, so I can count on them. Also store has two lovely resident kitties.

The employees were very friendly and knowledgable. They made suggestions which helped me find exactly what i was looking for. I will be back because of their amazing customer service!

While entering the store I was greeted by Nancy one of the sales associate who helped me to gather the things I came into the store for. She was very friendly and helpful and was able to answer some questions I had about what bird food would work best for a new bird feeder that was given to me by a friend. It is alway a pleasure to shop in what has become my favorite store. The store itself is always clean, organized and well stocked, which I greatly appreciate knowing that I well alway be able to get what I need when I need it at the time I am there and not have to come back because something is out of stock.

Had the bird feeder I wanted. They had one that was assembled, so I got that one. The friendly staff gave me sum good info about the feeder. I was also interested in a water feature for my bird bath. He showed me what they had and answered all my questions about it. I also wanted the wild bird seed they gave me when I joined. She showed me and told me the difference in the 2 types. Checkout went very fast and he even took the stuff to the car for me. Had 20 lbs of bird seed.

Saw the store on facebook. Wanted to check it out. Was very pleased with the store. The staff showed me everything in the store. They were friendly and very knowable about all the products. The products seemed of very good quality. Wound up spending over $100 and bought a DSC membership.

Products are made in USA and are high quality. Variety of products. Can always find what we are looking for the sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyable shopping there.

I absolutely love this store!!! I will always recommend! The only problem I have is not being able to use the coupons in a timely manner and once they expire I would like to be able to use them within a reasonable time frame, i.e. a few days; but I can never use them. This is very very frustrating as I work 12-24 hour shifts for several days and its hard to catch the sales. I would also like to still use my bird bucks and they expire; I do not think this is fair to the customer and maybe the store can track this with their system and tell the customer they have i.e. $50.00 in bird buck about to expire in 30 days or something; I feel this is a total loss to me and I would gladly spend this money in the store and would probably spend more knowing they are working with me to make MY money work for me all-the-while ensuring their profitability. Just saying would be nice to work for the customer in this sense; they are always helpful and I am very appreciative to the store and staff and love the bird bucks option which I plan to be a life member; would like to see some change though - think this could be re-evaluated by your marketers.

Wild Birds Unlimited (St. Mary's County) has a wonderful staff and leadership. The store continues to grow by acquiring new products for the customers. I always look forward to my next visit at WBU.
