Great place!

I am a ‘frequent flyer’ customer of our WBU. This is in large part because of the friendly and knowledgeable people who work there. Every time I go in with any experience I’ve been having with my birds, I can’t wait to tell them. It’s obvious the people who work at our WBU are bird lovers and truly believe in the WBU products, as well as the birds’ health and welfare. The staff is what makes our WBU so wonderful- and they always make me feel welcome. Also, if I’m experiencing any difficulties where my birds are concerned, they always have a solution and ideas to correct the issue! Honestly cannot say enough great things about our local WBU!!!

All the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the tip of putting bird colored ribbons near feeders to try and attract new birds.

The welcome feeling you get walking in the door. The knowledge of the staff. The options and displays in the store.

I adore my Wild Birds Unlimited store...everyone is helpful and sooo friendly. I like the variety of products in the store..A lot of gift items for all occasions. They help answer all of my "birding" questions and always offer helpful words of advice. It is my favorite store

It is always a good experience for me when shopping at my local WBU store. From the time I walk into the store, all the way to when I check out and have my purchase carried out to my car for me. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carry in the store and how they can aid in the feeding of birds in our area. The store is always clean and well stocked and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming to shop in.

Love this store and the folks who work here. So helpful and friendly. Even though there were 3 other customers at the time I was there, never felt ignored, all questions answered. The clerk Barb Rothman was also training a new girl too...(forgot her name) even though I was introduced. I have not been having any takers at my free gift bark butter feeder...and the new girl interjected and said “try mixing some seed with it” which I did and had a finch on it this morning. Plus with the cold weather it was hard as a rock so now have a weatherguard over it. Kudos to Barb and her orientee. This store never disappoints! Looking forward to my next visit!
