The Lexington Park Store is set up in a very welcoming design. Upon entering the store you are welcomed "like family". The store owner(s) know my name & will usually even remember the products I like. If they don't remember (for sure), they are speedy at looking it up to confirm. If the employees see my hands full, they will offer to take my items to the register to hold until checkout. The employees (even the owners) will always ask if I need help in finding anything. They even "notice" if a customer (not just myself~I've seen this with all customers) if you are pondering an item/decision. One employee helped me on a prior visit (and this is not uncommon) with how to squirrel proof my "1 and only" bird-feeder that is NOT WBU product. I just don't have the heart to part with the one non-WBU feeder & tried adding Flaming Squirrel to the seed, but the baby squirrels would still tear it up in a few days. Between the employee (and input from the owner also) I now have squirrel proofed my 1 old/rinky-dink feeder.... yayyy. The entire store is not only full of great products, but AWESOME PEOPLE!!!

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The went out of their way to look up a friend who shops their on a regular basis to find out what types of items she likes to make it easier for my shopping. The establishment was very clean and the items were nicely displayed for easy shopping. Everything was beautiful.

I have been shopping at WBU #466 since it opened. The staff are extremely friendly. I have started buying friends gift cards to this store instead of giving other gift cards or presents. I like the way the staff suggests items for purchase. The buyer doesn't feel pressured into buying something.
